THE PROCESS.

Is it stationAry or stationEry? If you don’t know the answer, you’ve come to the right place! Let’s discuss the process for getting your hands on custom stationery, invites, and goodies. mad made just for you.

Just like every party, your paper goods are unique to you, which is why pricing, timelines, processes vary from person to person, but here’s a brief rundown:

  • Before we put pen to paper, let’s connect! Hearing about your wedding/event style, your inspiration, your relationship, your venue, etc., is all an important piece of the puzzle. We’ll also discuss what elements you’re looking for, your budget, and your timeline. Let’s see if we’re a good fit!

  • Is this proposal more important than your actual engagement? IDK, but it feels like it to me!

After our initial conversation, I’ll get to work! I’ll present you with a style guide (fonts/colors/general style), a timeline, and quote/estimate for your needs.

But in the spirit of transparency, the average cost of investment starts at $1,500. I charge an hourly fee + printing costs, typically.

  • Once the estimate is approved, we’ll firm up the details of your event and compile all the needed information and then i’ll put the pen to paper! It’s official!

You’ll soon start to receive drafts and proofs to continuously ensure we are moving in the right direction!

We work hand in hand to craft your perfect paper product (say that three times fast!).

  • Once all proofs have been approved, you’ll receive one full-sheet printout of the product. This is to double-check the spelling, how it looks printed, the paper, etc.

Looks good? Great. Off to the printer! My printer can ship directly to you or me and the turnaround time is quick!

  • After receiving the print job, it’s time to send! I am happy to assemble the invitations for you, or you’re on your own, kid!

Get them in the mail and then it’s time to party!

Hot tip: always take a fully assembled suite to the post office for weighing purposes and to ensure proper postage before mailing.
